The Temple of Music and Art Rentals – Tucson, Arizona

Built in 1927, the Temple of Music and Art is a historical cultural arts venue. Constructed in a Southwestern style, the Temple breathes grace and class with its beautiful surroundings of cobbled stone and quiet tree-lined street. Now the home of Arizona Theatre Company, the Temple has been called “one of this city’s most elegant buildings” by the Tucson Weekly.

The Temple is perfect for Arts Performances & Rehearsals, Wedding & Receptions, Corporate Functions, Art Installations, Private Parties, Classes, and more!

The Temple offers a selection of venues for your event, including two performance spaces:

The Alice Holsclaw Theatre

The Temple’s mainstage proscenium theatre is a spacious 619 seat venue with lots of leg room and great acoustics. Rental of the Alice Holsclaw Theatre includes the Lobby, Dressing Rooms, and Green Room. All rentals must have a sound supervisor, lighting supervisor, and stage supervisor.

The Cabaret Theatre

The Temple’s smaller and more intimate performance space, the Cabaret provides flexible seating for up to 80 patrons. Rental of the Cabaret Theatre includes small backstage and dressing area. Also available for private events, meetings or lectures.

The Rehearsal Hall

An open rehearsal space that includes a dance-friendly floor, dance mirrors, and a piano. The Rehearsal Hall is also available for private events or meetings and lectures. 

The Lounge

ATC’s lounge is set up with couches, tables, and chairs for approximately 50+ guests. It has a bar and a kitchen (additional $150). Kitchen includes stove, oven, deep fryer, microwave, commercial triple sink.

The Courtyard

The fountain in the courtyard makes for a beautiful backdrop for any occasion. Tables and high-tops available. Perfect for weddings, receptions, dinners, and events.
