New Subscribers

1) Subscriptions offer the most economical ticket prices at nearly all price levels. You lock in your price before single tickets go on sale, and you can even purchase additional tickets for family and friends to join you during the season at 50% off single ticket prices. Plus, pay one $10 service fee for all the tickets in your subscription vs. $8 per ticket for single tickets.

2) Season ticket holders are the first seated before single tickets go on sale. You pick your series, and your seats are locked in. It’s predictable. And if one of your series date doesn’t work for you, your same show tickets can be exchanged for another performance date without fees.

3) If you like flexibility, Flex Passes let you purchase ticket vouchers that can be redeemed for tickets before single tickets go on sale or anytime during the season.

Season Ticket Subscriptions and Premium Flex Pass Advantage and Standard Flex Pass Advantage Subscriptions for the 2023/2024 Season go on sale March 9! Season Ticket Subscriptions let you see every show for the best price in the same series and seats, while Premium Flex Passes and Standard Flex Passes are vouchers you can redeem for tickets to specific shows and dates you want to attend. Please note that seating for Tucson matinees is very full, and you may need to upgrade to Premium seating in order for us to accommodate you in these shows.

ATC’s Season Ticket Subscriptions provide one ticket to every show of the season in the same series and same seats. This is a great package if you know when you want to come and have seats that you particularly like. As a Season Ticket Subscriber, you have the first chance to renew your subscription and retain your seats each year.

Should you be unable to attend one of the days in your series, you can exchange your tickets for free by contacting the box office via our Exchange Form, via Email, or by calling 833-ATC-SEAT. We will exchange your tickets for your new date and work to find you the best seats in your subscription level. Upgrade fees may apply if you change to a higher-price show or pricing section. Exchanges must be made 24 hours prior to your show date and time.

Flex Pass Advantage Subscriptions come in packages of 8, 6 and 4 vouchers, and additional flex pass vouchers can be purchased at your Flex Pass Advantage price. You can upgrade to a Premium Flex Passes and sit in some of the best seats in the house, depending on availability for the show date you choose. Or Standard Flex Passes provide the best seating in sections 1, 2, or 3 at the time you redeem them.

Flex Passes can be used for any shows on any days, in any combination, based on availability. Once you purchase your tickets, you can request your show dates and seats through our online form. We’ll send you a confirmation with your ticket information, and your tickets will be held at Will Call for you to pick up one hour before your show time. Or you can wait and choose your shows and seats closer to the show dates. It’s up to you!

Think of Flex Passes as vouchers for tickets that can be used any way you like. So if you have 2 people who want to attend 4 shows, you would purchase an 8-Flex. If you have 2 people who want to see the first show and 4 people who want to see the second show, you would purchase a 6-Flex. And if you have another friend who wants to come see the first show with you, you can purchase additional Flex vouchers at the same price you paid for each ticket in your package.

No. You can redeem Flex Passes all the way up until 24 hours before the show date. There are 3 easy ways to redeem Flex Passes:

  1. Fill out the Flex Pass Redemption Form.
  2. Call the box office Mon-Fri, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 833-ATC-SEAT.
  3. Email the box office with your name and information regarding the show, date and time you’d like to attend.

We’d love to have you join us as a subscriber for the 2023/2024 Season! Season Ticket and Flex Pass Advantage Subscriptions are on sale now and can be purchased here, or you can contact our box office Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 833-ATC-SEAT and we’ll gladly walk you through the process.

If you’d like more flexibility or only want to see some of the shows, you can purchase Flex Passes, which come in 8, 6 and 4 voucher packages. You can upgrade to Premium Flex Passes and sit in some of the best seats in the house, depending on availability for the show date you choose.

Single tickets for the 2022/2023 season are on sale now! Single tickets for 2023/2024 shows go on sale August 15, 2023. If you are planning to purchase four or more tickets, consider becoming a Flex Pass Advantage Subscriber! Purchase these vouchers at one set price and one $10 service fee. Save up to $54 off single ticket prices on an 8-Flex! The savings add up!

 

Current Subscribers

We’re delighted you will be joining us for the 2023/2024 Season! Your Subscriber Renewal Packet will be mailed to you by the end of March. Once you receive it, you can fill out the form and return it via mail or you can call the box office and we can take your payment.

Tucson renewing subscribers will receive their same series and seats. Should you want to change your series and/or seats, please indicate that on the form.

Phoenix renewing subscribers will receive their same series and can choose their seats in our new venue at Tempe Center for the Arts. View the seating map here.

Thank you for being an ATC Subscriber! As a current subscriber, we hold your seats in your series and give you the first opportunity to renew your subscription. We also receive series and seating change requests as well as new subscriptions. In order to retain your series and seats, payment must be received by June 4, 2023. At that time, unpaid pending renewals will be deleted and we will begin processing change requests and seating new subscribers.

We begin the seating process in early June, and all Season Ticket seating will be complete by June 30.

If you are a Tucson Season Ticket Subscriber and are not making any changes to your series or seats, your seats are already assigned as long as payment is received for your 2023/2024 subscription by June 4.

If you are a Tempe/Phoenix Season Ticket Subscriber who attended one of the Subscriber Preview Events at Tempe Center for the Arts and provided us your seating choices, we will seat you in your first or second choice, or we will call you to discuss options.

If you are a Tempe/Phoenix Season Ticket Subscriber who was unable to attend the TCA events, please review the TCA seating map and provide your top three choices for seating.

Once you pay for your Flex Pass Subscription, you will be invited to provide your shows, performance dates, and seating preferences during Flex Pass Subscriber Week, July 22-26, before single tickets go on sale.

All Season Ticket and Flex Pass Advantage subscribers will receive a Subscriber Packet in August. If you opt to have your tickets mailed to you, they will be included in your packet. Subscriber Packets will be mailed in Tucson the week of August 21 and in Tempe/Phoenix the week of August 28.

If you are a Season Subscriber and have changes to your series or seats, the most expeditious way is to fill out the Exchange Form, which allows you to request your date changes and seating preferences in writing. You will receive an email confirming your changes. You also may call the box office at 833-ATC-SEAT Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to speak with a ticket specialist or email us with details about your request.

We love it when you bring friends and family to experience ATC shows! As a 6-Play Subscriber, you receive 50% off the single-ticket price of additional tickets. Just call or email the box office and we will help you with your discounted purchase and any reseating necessary to ensure your party is sitting together.

You can fill out the Flex Pass Redemption Form to make your show and seat requests in writing, and we will book your tickets and send you a confirmation. If you prefer to wait to book your Flex Pass closer to the show date, that’s just fine … It’s totally up to you. Once passes are booked as tickets, Premium Flex Pass subscribers can do one FREE exchange for every show selected, and Flex Pass subscribers in Sections 1, 2 and 3 have a $5 exchange fee per ticket exchanged.

As a Flex Pass Subscriber, you can use your Flex Passes in any combination you choose. If you’ve already redeemed all your Flex Passes for tickets, you can purchase additional Flex Passes at your Flex Pass price. Just call or email the box office and we will help you with your discounted purchase and any reseating necessary to ensure your party is sitting together.

We strive to answer all patron calls live in person Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Should you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and we will get back to you no later than the next business day. Or, you may want to fill out the Contact the Box Office form, which we receive directly to our shared inbox. Remember, your call back may not show up as Arizona Theatre Company when we return your call and may come from area code 520 or 602 depending on where our ticket specialist is working. If your phone blocks unknown phone numbers, please turn off this feature so we can call you back.

Subscriptions are currently on sale, and it’s a great time to secure your seats! Purchase 6-Play Subscriptions and see all the shows, or purchase Flex Passes — available in 10, 8, 6, or 4 — and choose the shows, performances and number of seats that suit your needs. Yes! We love to accommodate groups for our shows and are happy to discuss pricing and seating options with you. Groups start at 15 people. The best way to reach us is email the box office and mention that you’re interested in groups.

Venues for Performances

ATC performs at the Temple of Music and Art, located at 330 S. Scott Ave.

For all show through July 2023, ATC will perform at the Herberger Theater Center, located at 222 E. Monroe St. in Downtown Phoenix.

Beginning in October 2023, ATC will perform at the Tempe Center for the Arts, located at 700 W. Rio Salado Parkway in Tempe.

The most efficient way to contact the ATC Box Office is to fill out the Contact the Box Office form. You may also call the box office at 833-ATC-SEAT to speak to a patron services associate during business hours, or email us and we’ll email or call you back depending on your needs.

We regularly send emails to subscribers, previous ticket holders, and others who sign up to receive our emails. If you are not receiving emails from Arizona Theatre Company, please add info@arizonatheatre.org to your trusted senders list. If you think you’ve accidentally opted out of receiving ATC emails, you will need to opt back in.

We’re working with other theatres and the theatre community across the country to identify creative ways to ensure that after 54 years, Arizona Theatre Company, and THEATRE as a whole, emerges from this health crisis.

Protecting the health of our audiences, artists, and staff is our first priority. You can find additional details on our Health & Safety page. ATC follows up-to-date guidelines provided by federal and state health officials city and county health departments. Realizing that requirements may change as the season unfolds, we are committed to flexibility and doing everything we can to meet the expectations of our audiences. Air purifiers have been installed throughout the theatre at the The Temple of Music and Art. Additionally, improvements have been made to the HVAC system at the Herberger Theater Center. Rest assured, information about safety requirements will be communicated as the first show date approaches and throughout the season.

As a League of Resident Theatres (LORT) member, Arizona Theatre Company is among 75 theatres nationwide that work with three national unions to produce plays and musicals with top-quality professional casts and crews. We are benefited by the experience and expertise of our fellow theatres across the country and have actively participated in discussions to ensure the health and safety of our audiences, artists and staff. ATC produces six unique productions each season and is the only LORT theatre in Arizona as well as the only theatre in the country that presents in two cities.
