1) Season Tickets subscriptions offer the most economical ticket prices at nearly all price levels. You lock in your price before single tickets go on sale, and you can even purchase additional tickets for family and friends to join you during the season at 50% off single ticket prices (plus, we waive the $8/ticket fee!). Talking about fees … you pay one $15 service fee for all five tickets in your subscription vs. $8 per ticket for single tickets.

2) Season ticket holders are the first seated before single tickets go on sale. You pick your series, and your seats are locked in. It’s predictable. And if one of your series dates doesn’t work for you, your same show tickets can be exchanged for another performance date without fees.

3) If you like flexibility, Flex Passes let you purchase ticket vouchers that can be redeemed for tickets before single tickets go on sale or anytime during the season. These have a $15 per package service fee, so you can buy 4, 6, or 8 tickets and pay just $15 for them all (compared to $8 per ticket for single tickets).

ATC’s Season Tickets Subscriptions provide one ticket to every show of the season in the same series (same date and time in the show run) and same seats. This is a great package if you know when you want to come and have seats that you particularly like. As a Season Tickets Subscriber, you have the first chance to renew your subscription and retain your seats each year.

Should you be unable to attend one of the days in your series, you can exchange your tickets for free by contacting the box office via our Tucson Exchange Form or Tempe/Phoenix Exchange Form, via Email, or by calling 833-ATC-SEAT. We will exchange your tickets for your new date and work to find you the best seats in your subscription level. Upgrade fees may apply if you change to a higher-price show or pricing section. Exchanges must be made 24 hours prior to your show date and time.

Flex Pass Advantage Subscriptions come in packages of 8, 6 and 4 vouchers, and additional flex pass vouchers can be purchased at your Flex Pass Advantage price. You can upgrade to a Premium Flex Passes subscription and sit in some of the best seats in the house, depending on availability for the show date you choose. Standard Flex Passes provide the best seating in sections 1, 2, or 3 at the time you redeem them.

Flex Passes can be used for any shows on any days, in any combination, based on availability. Once you purchase your tickets, you can request your show dates and seats through our online form for the 2023/2024 Season. For the 2024/2025 Season, Flex Pass subscribers can exchange their Flex Passes for shows/seats during Flex Pass Subscriber Week (July 15-19) before Single Tickets go on sale. We’ll send you a confirmation with your ticket information, and your tickets will be held at Will Call for you to pick up one hour before your show time. Or you can wait and choose your shows and seats closer to the show dates. It’s up to you!

Think of Flex Passes as vouchers for tickets that can be used any way you like. So if you have 2 people who want to attend 4 shows, you would purchase an 8-Flex. If you have 2 people who want to see the first show and 4 people who want to see the second show, you would purchase a 6-Flex. And if you have another friend who wants to come see the first show with you, you can purchase additional Flex vouchers at the same price you paid for each ticket in your package.

We understand that with 24 performances in Tucson and 16 in Tempe/Phoenix, ATC subscriptions can be a bit confusing! We have created a Guide to help you through the process. And don’t hesitate to call the box office at 833-ATC-SEAT with any questions … we’re happy to explain everything!

No. You can redeem Flex Passes all the way up until 24 hours before the show date. There are 3 easy ways to redeem 2023/2024 Flex Passes:

1. Fill out the Flex Pass Redemption Form (available starting July 8 for seating starting July 15).
2. Call the box office Mon-Fri, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 833-ATC-SEAT.
3. Email the box office with your name and information regarding the show, date and time you’d like to attend.

2024/2025 Flex Passes can be redeemed beginning July 15 during Flex Pass Subscriber Week (July 15-19) via any of the 3 methods above.

We’d love to have you join us as a subscriber for the 2024/2025 Season! Season Tickets and Flex Pass Advantage Subscriptions go on sale March 12. You can purchase online or by calling the box office Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 833-ATC-SEAT and we’ll gladly walk you through the process.

Single tickets for the 2024/2025 Season will go on sale to the public starting July 23, 2024. The best way to get tickets now is to purchase Season Tickets packages or a Flex Pass Advantage package.

Thank you for being an ATC Subscriber! As a renewing Season Tickets subscriber, you keep your series and seats from season to season as long as we receive your payment by the renewal deadline (May 31, 2024). As long as you did not make any changes to your series or seats, your seats from last season are already assigned to you.

Thank you for being an ATC Subscriber! As a renewing Season Tickets subscriber, you can request a different series and seats or different seats in the same series you are currently in. We take these requests during the renewal period (March-May 31) and then begin fulfilling these requests once we have released any unpaid pending renewals after the renewal deadline. Changes are fulfilled in the order payment is received. You will receive an email confirming your new seats or, if we are unable to fulfill your request, we will email or call you. If you have any seating questions, please call or email the box office.

We are delighted you have become an ATC Season Tickets Subscriber! Your seating has been assigned based on your indicated preferences in your subscription order or from a call with a box office associate. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call or email the box office.

Once you pay for your Flex Pass Subscription, you will be invited to provide your shows, performance dates, and seating preferences during Flex Pass Subscriber Week, July 15-19, before single tickets go on sale.

2024/2025 Season Tickets Subscribers receive complimentary ticket exchanges for an alternate performance date of the same show anytime up to 24 hours before your ticketed show date. Season Tickets Subscribers can exchange their tickets starting July 8 during Season Tickets Subscriber Week (July 8-12). Just call the box office or fill out our Season Tickets Subscriber Exchange Form (available starting July 8) and we will exchange your tickets. Additional charges may occur for seating section or show upgrades.

As a Season Tickets Subscriber, you can purchase additional tickets for 50% off the single ticket price, plus we waive the $8 per ticket fee! And Season Tickets subscribers get the first chance to make additional ticket purchases during Season Tickets Subscriber Week, July 8-12. Watch your email for details.

Flex Passes for the 2024/2025 Season can be fulfilled for tickets during Flex Pass Subscriber Week, July 15-19, before single tickets go on sale. Watch your email for details.

As a Flex Pass Advantage Subscriber, you can purchase additional tickets for the same per ticket price you paid for your Flex Passes, plus we waive the $8 per ticket fee! Additional tickets can be purchased starting with Flex Pass Subscriber Week (July 8-15) and anytime thereafter. Just call the box office so we may discuss seating options and assist in reseating your current ticket(s) to allow you to sit with your guest(s).

All Season Ticket and Flex Pass Advantage subscribers will receive a Subscriber Packet in early September. If you opt to have your tickets mailed to you, they will be included in your packet.

In Tucson, just go to the Will Call table in the Temple of Music and Art courtyard to pick up your tickets anytime in the hour before your show starts.

In Tempe, come into the Tempe Center for the Arts lobby to the ATC Will Call table on your left to pick up your tickets anytime in the hour before your show starts. Remember to bring your parking garage ticket for validation as well.

We strive to answer all patron calls live in person Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Should you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and we will get back to you no later than the next business day. Or, you may want to fill out the Contact the Box Office form, which we receive directly to our shared inbox. Remember, your call back may not show up as Arizona Theatre Company when we return your call and may come from area code 520 or 602 depending on where our ticket specialist is working. If your phone blocks unknown phone numbers, please turn off this feature so we can call you back.

Tickets for all ATC shows in the 2024/2025 Season go on sale beginning July 23, 2024! There will be three ways to purchase tickets:

• Online: Complete your order online. You can choose your show, date/time, and seats, plus choose to pick up your tickets at Will Call or have them emailed to you.
• Call the Box Office: We’re happy to help you with the ticket buying process! Just call 833-ATC-SEAT Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Fill out the Contact the Box Office Form: Click Here to fill out our Contact the Box Office Form and include your show date and time, and we’ll call you back.

Yes! We love to accommodate groups for our shows and are happy to discuss pricing and seating options with you. Groups start at 10 people. The best way to reach us is email the box office and mention that you’re interested in groups.
