1) Season Tickets subscriptions offer the most economical ticket prices at nearly all price levels. You lock in your price before single tickets go on sale, and you can even purchase additional tickets for family and friends to join you during the season at 50% off single ticket prices (plus, we waive the $8/ticket fee!). Talking about fees … you pay one $18 service fee for all five tickets in your subscription vs. $8 per ticket for single tickets. Season tickets for the 2025/2026 Season will go on sale beginning March 18, 2025.

Average savings for Season Tickets compared to single ticket prices is 47%! Plus, save $22 in fees for Season Tickets vs. single tickets! Call the box office if you’d like to discuss options.

2) Season ticket holders are the first seated before single tickets go on sale. You pick your series, and your seats are locked in. It’s predictable. And if one of your series dates doesn’t work for you, your same-show tickets can be exchanged for another performance date in your same or lower tier without fees.

3) If you like flexibility, Flex Passes let you purchase ticket vouchers that can be redeemed for tickets before single tickets go on sale or anytime during the season. These have a $18 per package service fee, so you can buy 4, 6, or 8 tickets and pay just $18 for them all (compared to $8 per ticket for single tickets).

Season Tickets Subscriptions and Flex Passes Packages for the 2025/2026 Season may be purchased starting March 18, 2025. Seating for new Season Tickets will begin in early June after the renewal deadline, and Flex Passes may be redeemed starting July 14.

ATC’s Season Tickets Subscriptions provide one ticket to every show of the season in the same series (same date and time in the show run) and same seats. This is a great package if you know when you want to come and have seats that you particularly like. As a Season Tickets Subscriber, you have the first chance to renew your subscription and retain your seats each year.

Should you be unable to attend one or more of the days in your series, you can exchange your tickets to another same-tier same-show performance for free by contacting the box office via our Tucson Exchange Form or Tempe/Phoenix Exchange Form, via Email, or by calling 833-ATC-SEAT. We will exchange your tickets for your new date and work to find you the best seats in your subscription level. Upgrade fees may apply if you change to a higher-price show or pricing section. Exchanges must be made 24 hours prior to your show date and time.

Flex Pass Advantage Subscriptions come in packages of 8, 6 and 4 vouchers, and additional flex pass vouchers can be purchased at your Flex Pass Advantage price. You can upgrade to a Premium Flex Passes subscription and sit in some of the best seats in the house, depending on availability for the show date you choose. Standard Flex Passes provide the best seating in sections 1, 2, or 3 at the time you redeem them.

Flex Passes can be used for any shows on any days, in any combination, based on availability. Once you purchase your tickets, you can request your show dates and seats through our online form for the 2024/2025 Season. For the 2025/2026 Season, Flex Pass subscribers can exchange their Flex Passes for shows/seats during Flex Pass Subscriber Week (July 14-18) before Single Tickets go on sale. We’ll send you a confirmation with your ticket information, and your tickets will be held at Will Call for you to pick up one hour before your show time. Or you can wait and choose your shows and seats closer to the show dates. It’s up to you!

Think of Flex Passes as vouchers for tickets that can be used any way you like. So if you have 2 people who want to attend 4 shows, you would purchase an 8-Flex. If you have 2 people who want to see the first show and 4 people who want to see the second show, you would purchase a 6-Flex. And if you have another friend who wants to come see the first show with you, you can purchase additional Flex vouchers at the same price you paid for each ticket in your package.

We understand that with 23 performances in Tucson and 16 in Tempe/Phoenix, ATC subscriptions can be a bit confusing! We have created a Guide to help you through the process. And don’t hesitate to call the box office at 833-ATC-SEAT with any questions … we’re happy to explain everything!

No. You can redeem Flex Passes all the way up until 24 hours before the show date. There are 3 easy ways to redeem 2024/2025 Flex Passes:

1. Fill out the Flex Pass Redemption Form.
2. Call the box office Mon-Fri, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 833-ATC-SEAT.
3. Email the box office with your name and information regarding the show, date and time you’d like to attend.

2025/2026 Flex Passes can be redeemed beginning July 14 during Flex Pass Subscriber Week (July 14-18) via any of the 3 methods above.

Single tickets for all performances in the 2024/2025 Season are on sale now! Single tickets for the 2025/2026 Season will go on sale in late July 2025.

Thank you for being an ATC Subscriber! As a renewing Season Tickets subscriber, you can keep your series and seats from season to season as long as we receive your payment by the renewal deadline — May 30, 2025. As long as you did not make any changes to your series or seats, your seats from last season will already be assigned to you. Watch your email and mail for our 2025/2026 Season Announcement in late March!

Thank you for being an ATC Subscriber! Season Tickets for the 2025/2026 Season will go on sale March 18. As a renewing Season Tickets subscriber, you can request a different series and seats or different seats in the same series you are currently in. We take these requests during the renewal period (March-May 30) and then begin fulfilling these requests once we have released any unpaid pending renewals after the renewal deadline. Changes are fulfilled in the order payment is received. You will receive an email confirming your new seats or, if we are unable to fulfill your request, we will email or call you. If you have any seating questions, please call or email the box office.

We are delighted you have become an ATC Season Tickets Subscriber! A box office associate will call you to discuss seating options and processes in early June. Once we have passed the May 30 renewal deadline for current subscribers to renew their subscriptions, we release any unpaid subscriptions and then begin the seating process for current subscriber change requests and new subscribers like you. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call or email the box office.

All Flex Pass holders who have purchased a 2025/2026 Flex Pass package may choose their shows, dates, and seats beginning July 14 (Flex Pass Subscriber Week July 14-18) and anytime thereafter. Just call or email us, or fill out the Flex Pass Subscriber Form.

2025/2026 Season Tickets Subscribers receive complimentary ticket exchanges for an alternate performance date of the same show and same price level anytime up to 24 hours before your ticketed show date. Season Tickets Subscribers can exchange their tickets during Season Tickets Subscriber Week July 7-11 and anytime thereafter by calling the box office or filling out our Season Tickets Subscriber Exchange Form and we will exchange your tickets. Additional charges may occur for seating section or show upgrades.

As a Season Tickets Subscriber, you can purchase additional tickets for 50% off the single ticket price, plus we waive the $8 per ticket fee! And Season Tickets subscribers get the first chance to make additional ticket purchases during Season Tickets Subscriber Week July 7-11. Watch your email for details.

Flex Passes for the 2024/2025 Season can be fulfilled for tickets at any time by contacting the Box Office.

Flex Passes for the 2025/2026 Season may be fulfilled for tickets beginning July 14.

As a Flex Pass Advantage Subscriber, you can purchase additional tickets for the same per ticket price you paid for your Flex Passes, plus we waive the $8 per ticket fee! Contact the Box Office so we may discuss seating options and assist in reseating your current ticket(s) to allow you to sit with your guest(s).

In Tucson, just go to the Will Call table in the Temple of Music and Art courtyard to pick up your tickets anytime in the hour before your show starts.

In Tempe, come into the Tempe Center for the Arts lobby to the ATC Will Call table on your left to pick up your tickets anytime in the hour before your show starts. Remember to bring your parking garage ticket for validation as well.

We strive to answer all patron calls live in person Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Should you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and we will get back to you no later than the next business day. Or, you may want to fill out the Contact the Box Office form, which we receive directly to our shared inbox. Remember, your call back may not show up as Arizona Theatre Company when we return your call and may come from area code 520 or 602 depending on where our ticket specialist is working. If your phone blocks unknown phone numbers, please turn off this feature so we can call you back.

Yes! We love to accommodate groups for our shows and are happy to discuss pricing and seating options with you. Groups start at 10 people. The best way to reach us is email the box office and mention that you’re interested in groups.
