ATC has several ways in which you can volunteer and support Arizona’s State Theatre! Whether you have time every week to volunteer or want to assist once or twice a year, there are opportunities for you to get involved with ATC!
Usher
Tucson
Greet patrons, scan tickets, assist patrons to their seats.
Commitment: Minimum of four shows (same series) throughout the season; 1 1/2 hours before showtime and during the show
Requirements: Standing, navigating stairs, walking in theatre aisles T
Will Call
Tucson and Tempe/Phx
Greet patrons before the shows and give them their will call tickets.
Commitment: Minimum of four shows (same series) throughout the season; 1 1/2 hours before showtime and the first 15 minutes after showtime
Requirements: Sitting at will call table and assisting guests T
Hospitality
Tucson and Tempe/Phx
Assist with cast dinners, cast and creatives Meet and Greet, Cast Party opening night
Commitment: As needed
Requirements: Bring and prepare menu contributions and stay to help serve the meal T $
Talent Transportation
Tucson and Tempe/Phx
Drive cast and creatives to the airport, grocery store, etc.
Commitment: As needed
Requirements: Car, valid driver license, auto insurance, gas, parking costs T $
Cast and Crew Welcome Bags
Tucson and Tempe/Phx
Acquire contents and assemble welcome bags and opening night gifts for cast and creatives
Commitment: Five shows/season
Requirements: Creativity, gift bag contents, time to assemble T $
ATC Gala and Other Events
Tucson and Tempe/Phx
Assist staff with event planning and day of event tasks including guest check-in, event setup, registration prep, etc.
Commitment: Varies
Requirements: Standing, walking, customer service T
