ATC credits: True West, Dial M For Murder, Master Harold and the Boys, American Mariachi, Man of La Mancha, The River Bride, Fences, and Romeo and Juliet. Based in Tucson, he has worked at Arizona Theatre Company, Kansas City Repertory Theatre, Milwaukee Repertory Theater, San Jose Repertory Theatre, and The Guthrie Theatre. Holds the rank of Certified Teacher and Certified Fight Director from the Society of American Fight Directors, Advanced Actor/Combatant with the Society of British Fight Directors and Fight Directors Canada. He has taught combat workshops around the country and internationally at the International Theatre School Festival in Amsterdam, the Istropoliana Project International Theatre Festival in Slovakia, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. Brent is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Arizona and in 2020 was named an Arizona Arts Hero for his work as a director, fight director and educator.
