Reservations are not confirmed until we receive a Purchase Order, Check or Credit Card information.
No refunds are given for student absences.
Last-minute cancellations prevent ATC from allowing students on the waiting list to attend performances. If cancellation is unavoidable, I will notify ATC no later than 3 weeks prior to the performance date. There will be a 10% admin fee for cancellations. There will be no refund to any school that fails to attend without 3 weeks prior notice.
Payment is due prior to the performance date.
